Terms of Service

Notice: This is a working policy baseline and draft document of Nandaka Interactive Private Limited. It is maintained for architectural transparency and developer governance.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, generating an API key, accessing the Attenval mobile application, or utilizing the Attenval API endpoints at api.attenval.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") provided by Nandaka Interactive Private Limited ("Nandaka", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Service Architecture & Proposition

Attenval is a developer-centric AI compute and token metering platform. The Service enables users to access multi-provider artificial intelligence models (via unified aliases such as attenval-auto, attenval-fast, attenval-code, and attenval-smart) by utilizing a dual-balance credit ledger.

3. Credit System & Ledger Rules

Attenval maintains a strict distinction between two categories of credits recorded within each account's dedicated Durable Object ledger:

3.1. Earned Promotional Credits

  • Nature: Earned credits are non-monetary promotional units granted upon successful, server-verified completion of sponsored developer spotlights or partner engagements.
  • Non-Transferable: Earned credits cannot be transferred between accounts, assigned, sold, or redeemed for fiat currency, gift cards, or cash equivalents.
  • Rolling Expiry: Earned credits carry a 30-day validity period. Completing a qualifying new verified spotlight automatically extends the expiration date of your existing earned balance to current_time + 30 days. Expirations do not stack additively.
  • Spend Order: The Attenval wallet engine always spends available earned promotional credits prior to deducting from purchased credits.

3.2. Purchased Credits

  • Prepaid Utility: Purchased credits represent prepaid cloud compute capacity acquired via one-time payments in Indian Rupees (INR) or supported currencies.
  • No Product Expiry: Purchased credits do not expire under Attenval product rules and remain valid until consumed by inference requests or refunded pursuant to statutory provisions.
  • Invoicing: All purchases are processed through secure checkout and generate compliant GST tax invoices.

4. Acceptable Use & Content Policy

You agree not to use the Service to generate, transmit, or facilitate:

  • Content that violates applicable local or international laws, including illegal, abusive, sexually explicit, defamatory, or harmful materials;
  • Automated attacks, fraud, botting, or synthetic spoofing of mobile ad Server-Side Verification (SSV) tokens;
  • Attacks intended to disrupt, reverse engineer, or exhaust Attenval edge infrastructure or rate limiters;
  • Any prompt injection designed to compromise upstream provider integrity or bypass safety filters.

5. Intellectual Property & User Content

  • Your Content: As between you and Nandaka, you retain all ownership rights in the text prompts you submit and the completions generated for you.
  • Our Platform: Nandaka retains all rights, title, and interest in the Attenval platform, APIs, model routing heuristics, codebases, logos, and trademarks.

6. Privacy & Data Handling

Attenval adheres to a strict transient processing architecture. Raw prompt and completion payloads are not logged in persistent analytics or database tables by default (cf-aig-collect-log-payload: false). 7. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. NANDAKA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. IN NO EVENT SHALL NANDAKA'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ₹5,000 INR OR THE TOTAL AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO ATTENVAL IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
